P4P problems
I came across an interesting letter from a reader of Fierce Healthcare that was sharply critical of the positive report that CMS and Premier released last week on its pay-for-performance pilot.

It’s unfortunate that Mr. King would pile criticism on the program merely based on the title of the report. He only says that he knew the report would be positive no matter what. It would be nice if he would elaborate on how the report authors are incorrect or misled in thier findings. AFTER reading his post I would tend to dismiss it as idle watercooler naysaying.- Adam Peters
